Since 1983, the principals of the brokerage, Dennis Roth and Ed Nowak, and their experienced staff have been providing good, honest insurance advice to their clients. In 1990, the New Hamburg branch office merged with Waterloo into one main office that serves clients throughout the Waterloo Region and beyond.

Both Ed and Dennis have resided in Waterloo Region for all their lives and are well connected to the community through their involvement in their neighbourhood, with their church and their volunteer work on various organizations and non-profit associations.
